LScope Pro subscription
What the subscription includes, what it costs, the free trial, and how to cancel, restore or fix a payment problem.

What is free and what needs LScope Pro
The demo machine and simulated data are free, with every tool. Connecting to a real controller needs LScope Pro. Your machines, setups, tag lists and saved records stay on the device whether or not you subscribe, and nothing is deleted when a subscription ends.
Price and free trial
LScope Pro is $59.99 per year in the United States. The subscription screen shows the price in your own currency. New subscribers get a 2-week free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the year ends. Each account gets one free trial.
Cancel or change the subscription
Choose Manage Subscription on the subscription screen, or open your subscriptions in the device's Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and LScope Pro stays active until the end of the year you have paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, access can end straight away.
Restore on a new device or after reinstalling
Sign in with the same account you subscribed with, open the subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases. Restoring brings back the subscription, not deleted machines or records. To move a machine to another device, export its setup.
Payment problems, refunds and approvals
If a renewal payment fails, Apple retries it, and LScope Pro can stay active for a short grace period while it does. The subscription screen says when that is happening and until when. A refunded subscription ends access. If purchases on the device need approval, the purchase waits and LScope Pro unlocks once it is approved.
On machine networks without internet
LScope checks the subscription using information Apple keeps on the device, so a subscriber can normally connect on a plant network that has no internet access. Loading the price, subscribing and restoring need an internet connection.
