Reports, CSV and sharing
Choose whether you need recorded evidence, a tag list or reusable machine configuration.

Choose what to send
A report communicates observed results and context. A data CSV supports analysis of readings, alarms or timing. A tag-list CSV configures watched tags. A .lscope setup transfers supported configuration. The recipient needs the format suited to their task.
Prepare and preview
Select a format, prepare the file if required and review its preview. Check the machine, time window and notes. Missing values may appear as blank cells; keep quality information with the data. Simulated markings indicate example data rather than physical observations.
Share or save
A Share action opens the system sharing options for a prepared file. Save Setup to Files opens a save-location picker. Available destinations depend on the device's installed apps and accounts. Cancelling either action does not change your saved configuration.
If preparation fails
Read the visible error, check available storage and try the operation again. Do not assume a report exists just because its preview was displayed. Confirm the actual saved file or attachment before relying on it. Review controller addresses and notes before sending outside your organization.
